Spanning 399 square feet, this park model home is designed for versatility, making it an ideal choice for full-time residence, short term rentals, or a personal vacation retreat.

Currently under construction, we are excited to offer eight units at the Black prong location, each meticulously crafted for short term rentals. the Cabin's dimensions, 11 feet in width and 36 feet in length, are thoughtfully utilized to maximize space and comfort.

The interior features a cozy living area spacious enough to accommodate a sleeper sofa, perfect for hosting additional guests. The kitchen doesn't just meet needs- it excites with its comprehensive set up, including a custom coffee bar for all your beverage needs. a generously sized 36"c60" shower in the bathroom provides a touch of luxury, complemented by extensive custom cabinetry that flows seamlessly into the bedroom. here, you'll find ample space for a king sized bed, flanked by large, floor to ceiling windows that not only bring in natural light but also offer breathtaking views of surrounding landscape.
