Custom Design Package – $3,500

This collaborative process is tailored to help you design a space that fits your needs, style, and vision. The package includes:

An extensive digital questionnaire to help us understand your lifestyle, priorities, and must-have features
Unlimited communication with our design team via email and phone throughout the design phase
A 2D floor plan to ensure the layout flows and functions the way you envision
Multiple 3D renderings to give you a realistic view of your custom design inside and out
A detailed build estimate once your design is finalized and approved
Only available for clients who are planning to build with Movable Roots

This design package is a required step for all custom tiny homes on wheels, park model RVs, and mobile commercial/hospitality builds.

Modular Homes

Our modular homes are thoughtfully designed and engineered to Florida Building Code, offering a streamlined path to permanent living with the quality craftsmanship you expect from Movable Roots. We offer a selection of set modular home models, each developed to maximize comfort, durability, and efficiency.

With these models, you have the opportunity to personalize the look and feel of your home by selecting colors, textures, and fixtures that match your style. However, the floor plans themselves are fixed—any structural changes, such as moving walls, would require full reengineering of the home.

If one of our current modular models doesn’t meet your specific needs, we can create a fully custom modular home in collaboration with our preferred modular architect. Please note: this custom route involves a more complex and extended design process, and the overall cost will be higher than our standard modular builds.
