When shopping for a complete turnkey tiny home on wheels, park model home, or shell build we know the home should be designed and built for your specific needs. It is almost impossible to find a "model" that is the perfect fit and checks all the boxes. This is why at Movable Roots we have created the "Custom Design Process" which takes your needs, must-haves, and wants while combining them to create the perfect home on wheels space for YOU and your family!
Our Package

The cost of our custom design package is $3500 and includes the following:

2D Floor plan to Ensure the Flow of the Space Works for You.

Multiple 3D Renderings of Tiny Home, to get a Real Life View.

Once the Design is Approved You Will Receive a Detailed Estimate for the Build.

Expectations
After deciding you are ready to start the custom design process and payment is received, a member of our team will send you a link to our digital design questionnaire. This very detailed questionnaire will take you through each room of your tiny home and you will be able to pick out your likes, and must-haves out of our list of standard options and upgrades. It could take you a few hours to a few days to finish this step. Once you have completed the questionnaire a copy is sent to the design team to review. Once they are done reviewing your questionnaire a phone/video call will be scheduled to go over any questions or concerns that may arise from the document. This is when we make sure all of your needs and wants also align with the budget you have for your home.

From there, our designer will create your custom 2D “floor plan” layout. We typically send you 2-3 floor plan options that you then give us feedback on. Design team consults on that feedback on the multiple floor plans to create the perfect tiny home layout for you. Once the floor plan has been finalized and approved we will move on to 3D renderings of your home to give you a realistic view of what the home will look like once it is complete. With these renderings you can see the entire exterior as well as each room/area in the tiny home from multiple angels. When the tiny home design is complete we will create then produce a line item build estimate for you to show you how much your home will cost to build.

After the build estimate has been approved we then move into Sales Contract and your dream Tiny Home on Wheels or Park Model Home is added to the build schedule.

Our custom design process takes about 5-6 weeks depending on back and forth with the client.
