Culp Tiny Home

The Culp is a 500 sq.ft. (including loft space) custom built tiny home on wheels. This "not so tiny home" was designed and built specifically for the needs of our client.  The Culp sits on a 40 ft. purpose built Movable Roots tiny home trailer and has our custom designed 2 ft. extension on the rear of the home.  We have taken this home to completion. This home features a screened in front porch with all metal exterior to help keep down on exterior maintenance. Upon entering the home you will walk through a large galley style kitchen that has custom cabinetry with ample storage, a 10 cubic foot refrigerator, stackable washer/dryer, dishwasher, propane cooktop and oven as well as beautiful quartz countertops. The client wanted flooring that would provide a little cushion under her feet, so this home has plank style cork flooring throughout. The living space was designed around the love seat they chose and features a fireplace for those cold days and nights. The pass through bathroom has a jetted walk in tub (customer's request) that will provide much needed relaxation, there is also an Incinolet toilet so no need for blackwater plumbing. The main floor master bedroom is at the rear of the home and has tons of closet space, built-in nightstands and a custom built storage bed. The two large loft spaces in this home that will serve as office space for these two clients as well as storage and guest rooms. Both lofts feature custom desk with drawers and space to sit at the top of the stairs and work.
